Steven was born on November 22, 1978 to Robert Kolb and Beverly Curtiss in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Alexandria Lynn Curtiss of Rhome; his girlfriend, April Callison of Rhome; his mother, Beverly VanDenberg of Kenai, Alaska; his brothers, Michael Price, Jr. of Friendswood, Nicholas Price of Rhome and William Price of Rhome; his stepfather, Michael Price of Rhome; his grandparents, Ervin Curtiss of Alaska, Donna Hlavka of Oregon; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
