Sue Frances Hoyl Brady, 70, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in Decatur.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Saturday, February 27th at the First Baptist Church in Decatur with Reverend Ken May officiating. Interment will be in Paradise Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include C. L. Gage, Tony Jackson, Randy Haire, Ben Brady, Robert Faulkner, Robert Santimaw, Jake Santimaw and Jeff Rudasill.
Sue was born March 24, 1939 in Decatur to Ralph E. and Dale Garrison Hoyl. She was raised in Decatur and was a graduate of Decatur High School. In 1961, Sue graduated from North Texas State University with a degree in secondary education. Sue held various executive secretarial positions and was very active in her community. She was a member of the Chi Omega, the Red Hat Society and a member of the First Baptist Church of Decatur. Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sally Santimaw and husband, Robert J. of Charlotte, North Carolina, Wendy Divita and husband, Scott G. of Castle Rock, Colorado; six grandchildren, Frances L. Rudasill, Jacob M., Rachel M. and Andrew M. Santimaw, Hayley M. and Emma G. Divita; sister, Nancy J. Hoyl of Decatur.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Brady; son, Christopher K. Howard and daughter, Tracy Howard.
