Sylvia Ramona Elenburg

Sylvia Ramona Elenburg, 58 of Runaway Bay, Tx went to be with our Lord on Saturday June 8, 2019 at home with her husband Kirby and babies Della and Hope by her side.

Memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise. Family will receive friends 1-2 p.m before the Memorial at the church. Reverend Tony Elenburg will officiate.

Sylvia was born on December 22, 1960 in Salach, Germany to William and Maria (Junginger) Gilmour. She graduated from Ellison High School in Killeen, in 1979 and furthered her education with a Bachelor of Business degree in 1982 and a MBA in 1985, both from Texas Tech University. (GUNS UP). Sylvia Gilmour married Kirby Elenburg on September 23, 1995 in Decatur.

Sylvia worked as as a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines for 25 years. She then worked for The Community Bank in Bridgeport for 11 years as Marketing Director. Sylvia was Co-Owner of West Fork Enterprises with her husband. She was in the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority (ZTA) and a Sigma Chi - Little Sister. Sylvia was a member of The Runaway Bay Ladies Golf Association, The Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce and The Wise County Health Board and a member of The Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her father, William Gilmour and eldest sister, Tina Isdale.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Association.

Those left to cherish her memory are husband, Kirby: mother, Maria Gilmour, sister, Maria C. Gilmour: father and mother in law, Possum and Jean Elenburg: brother in laws, Shawn Isdale, Brian Elenburg and Brad Elenburg: nieces, Sagen Isdale, Sterling Rams, Sommer Johnston, Skylar Stice, Loren Tarp, and Keili Elenburg: nephew, Spane Isdale, Lane Elenburg, Gunter Elenburg, Kagen Elenburg, and Kane Elenburg: and her babies Della and Hope.
