Tammy Lee (Murray) Cato

Rhome ~ Tammy Lee Cato, 59, a retired CNA, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in Rhome.

Funeral is 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Boyd with burial in Azleland Cemetery.  Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Rev. Steven Bernard will officiate.  Pallbearers include James Cato, Earnest Maynard, Carey Moncrief, Jimmy Harris, and Thomas Cato.

Tammy was born May 22, 1958 to Betty Daugherty in West Virginia.  She was united in marriage on July 7, 2001 to James Cato in Newark.  Tammy was a member of Shepherd's Chapel.

She was preceded in death by her father; her son, David Lee Humphries, Jr.; her brother, Calvin Roberts; and her husband, David Lee Humphries.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, James Cato of Rhome; her daughter, Kristi Zapata of Mexico; her daughter, Stacy Lee Cantrell and husband Curt of North Carolina; her daughter, Misty Dawn Campbell of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Sabrina, Esperonza, Valerie, Blanca, David, Sarah, Bella, Shelby, Taylor, and Shawnee; her three great grandchildren; her mom, Betty Daugherty of Granbury; her brother, Earnest Maynard and wife Lisa of Granbury; her niece, Leddy Harris and husband Jimmy of Granbury; her nephew, Christopher Daugherty and wife Sharon of Granbury; numerous great nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
