Decatur ~ Teddy George Lewis, 80, a retired salesman, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Memorial service is 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2017 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends 2:30-3:30 p.m. before service.
Rev. Barry Hollis will officiate.
Teddy was born on February 23, 1937 to George and Geneva (Wood) Lewis in Decatur, Texas. He was united in marriage to Glennette Dotson on July 1, 1970 in Dallas. Teddy retired from James Woods Motors in Decatur as sales representative.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son David Kelly Lewis.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, Glennette Lewis of Decatur; his daughters, Leslie Megan Lewis Grant of Waco, Kate Grant of Decatur; his sons, Michael Keith Lewis of Rhode Island, Tony Tran and wife Tiffany of Keller; his grandchildren, Alana Shae Lewis, James Michael Grant II, Samantha Tran, Sean Tran and Steven Tran; 3 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
