Chico ~ Terry Eugene Kent, 56, a loader operator, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in Decatur.
Terry was born on May 25, 1960 to Mother (Glenda) Huckabay in Bowie, Texas. He was united in marriage to Lavina Anderson on February 14, 2011 in Madill, Oklahoma. Terry worked as a loader operator for Hanson.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Todd Landers and Matthew Kent, his mother.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Lavina Kent of Chico; his daughters, Renda Cole and husband James of Bangs, Texas, Kelsie Strachan and husband Colton of Denton; his son, Jacob Knighten and wife Nay of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, James, Rebekka, Leighya, Kira, and Luke; his sister, Tammy Lynn Hamilton of Saint Jo; his brother, Clint Carlton of Forestburg; his father, J.D. Carlton of Forestburg; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
