Tarrant County ~ Terry Lee Roland, 52, an avid “reader of novels” and “gamer”, passed unexpectedly Saturday, June 18, 2016 in Houston.

Terry was born on July 7, 1963 to Terry and Leona (Dodson) Roland in Arlington, Texas.
He graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1980 and worked several professions from truck driving to variety fields in construction industry. Terry enjoyed nascar, reading science-fiction novels and had a passion for video games.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Terry and Leona Roland.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Richard Ray Roland of Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania and James Robert Roland of Grand Prairie; his daughter, Rebecca Roland of Arlington; his grandchild, Jeremy Jaden Roland of Grand Prairie; his sister, Kay Wilkerson and husband David of Quitman; his niece, Krisha Campbell and husband Elzy of Decatur; his nephews, Jason Wilkerson and wife Stephanie of Durant Oklahoma, Justin Wilkerson of Greenville, Krystopher and Kalen Wilkerson of Quitman; numerous grand-nieces and nephews.
