Thresia Ann Crisp, 62, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport with burial at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Ben McAnally to officiate. Pallbearers are Kendall North, Chance Crisp, Brody Crisp, Joe Andrews, Ethan Crisp, Dillon Underwood, Josh Prock, and Chris Ramsey. Honorary Pallbearers include, Shannon Bean and Glen Canova.
Thresia was born July 2nd, 1961 to Marvin Lee and Frankie Ann (Read) VanHoose in Bridgeport, Texas. She was united in marriage April 2nd, 1984 to Henry Crisp in Decatur, Texas. Thresia graduated Boyd High School and was a retired teacher after many years in the Education Industry. She was a beloved wife, mom, naenae, nannie and friend to many who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin VanHoose and Frankie Williams; and her sister, Kerrie VanHoose.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, Henry Crisp of Decatur; her sons, Kendall North & fiancé Kasi of Ft. Worth, Chance Crisp of Decatur, and Ethan Crisp & wife, Maygan of Decatur; her grandchildren, Avery North, Brody Crisp, Chevelle Crisp, Creed Crisp, Christian Alvarez, and Adrian Alvarez; her nieces and nephews, Joe Andrews and wife Melissa of Boyd, Cheryl Hughes of Runaway Bay, Tanya Prince and husband Justin of Chico, Adreane Fippinger and husband Johnathan, Tiffany Novicke and husband Jared; numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
