Decatur: Tim James, 55, owner of Bridgeport Oilfield Services, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, May 3, 2011 in Fort Worth.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home with Terry Brown officiating. Interment: Sand Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Gerald Byrd, Jim McCallister, Patrick Aderman, Adrian Vasquez, Cullen Ingram, and J. D. Wilkerson.
Tim was born September 13, 1955 in Big Lake, Texas to Clifton and Janet (Goddard) James. He married Kimberly Hass on November 11, 2006 in Decatur, Texas. Tim is preceded in death by his father, and son, Clifton Tanner James.
Left behind to cherish his memory are wife, Kimberly James of Decatur; mother, Janet James of Commanche; three sons, Ryan and Logan James and, Nicholas Birmingham all of Decatur; four daughters, Tobie Roundtree and husand, Tim of Cedar Park, Texas, Kaycee Clark and husband, Charlie of Midland, Ashley Johnson and husband, Chris of Decatur and Sarah Good of Cisco, Texas; seven grandchildren, Bradon, Brinlyn, Laynie, Payton, Avery, Emma and Caden; two brothers, Mike James of Round Rock, Steve James of El Paso; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Kim, I just found out about Tim's passing. My thoughts are with you and family. Even though we had our differences, I really liked Tim and had a great respect for him.
