Timothy Carl Hightower

Boyd~ Timothy Carl Hightower, 79, went to be with our Lord on Saturday September 4, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Funeral Service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Rev. Bruce Bolling will officiate.

Timothy was born on November 22, 1941 to Carl and Jasil (Ledbetter) Hightower in Albany, Texas. He was united in marriage to Edith Eleanor Bolling on May 16, 1959 in Brock, Texas. Timothy was retired from Aero Space Tech, Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas where he worked as a Bonder for many years. He was a longtime Mason and loved his community. Timothy was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many who will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Jasil Hightower; and one brother.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 62 years, Eleanor Hightower of Boyd; his daughter, Carla Daniels of Boyd; his son, Chad Hightower of Boyd; his granddaughter, Leah Wilson-Barnes and husband, Sidney Barnes III of Azle; his brother, Tracy R. Hightower and wife Joyce of Fort Worth; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
