Tom Davis

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The River Church in Decatur. Reverend Greg Mohr to officiate.

Tom was born June 28, 1958 to Matthew and Gloria (Berryman) Davis in Kansas City, Kansas. He married Laurie Reed on November 6, 1982 in Irving, Texas. Tom was a member of The River Church in Decatur.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 28 years, Laurie Davis of Alvord; his daughter, Stephani Davis of Park Springs; 2 sons, Thomas Davis II and wife Brenda of San Diego, California, Michael Davis of Alvord; his mother, Gloria Davis of Irving; 3 brothers, Joe Davis, Rick Davis, and Brian Davis all of Irving; 2 sisters, Diana Zimmerley of Irving, Vickie Bartholomew of Irving; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.

My dear sweet cousin, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that Tom is with the angel's now. We will miss him at Thanksgiving and Christmas's when he and Darrell would try to outdo one another on who could eat the most turkey or tell the silliest joke! So many precious memories he shared with our family! My God bless you and comfort you as only He can.
