Tom "Cowboy" Patterson

Springtown ~ Tom “Cowboy” Patterson, 68, a mechanic and truck driver, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in Springtown.
Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Saturday, August 15, at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd. A memorial service is 2 p.m. Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Red Marble Church in Memphis, Texas.
Tom was born April 15, 1947 to Thomas and Ruby (Corbin) Patterson in Memphis, Texas. He was a member of the Western Star Cowboy Church and a member of Tip Top Riding Club in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Earl Thomas and Lloyd Thomas.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Cathy Patterson Peace and husband Freddie of Springtown; his grandchildren, Michiele Rodgers, Hanna Rodgers, Christopher Rodgers and wife Tisha; 4 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Murtie Patterson Bounds of Springtown and Earlene Mize of Memphis, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
