DECATUR -- Troy Lee "Poppotnin" Lutenbaker, 68, the owner and founder of Sandy Hill Redi Mix, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007, in Decatur. Funeral: 1 p.m. Monday at Community Church in Decatur. Burial: Lynn Creek Cemetery in Jacksboro. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Hawkins Funeral Home. Troy was born Nov. 22, 1938, in Bridgeport to Bryan and Quilla Mann Lutenbaker. He married Reba Jackson June 3, 1960, in Bridgeport. They were united 45 years at her passing on Dec. 23, 2005. Troy was founding member of Wise County Tin and Iron and a member of the Wise Antique Auto Club and Community Church. Survivors: Son, Chris Lutenbaker of Alvord; daughters, Tammy Coleman and Debbie Lutenbaker, both of Decatur; grandsons, Rusty Coleman and wife, Chasity of Bridgeport, Tye Coleman, Reese Coleman and Jackson Clements; granddaughters, Cassie Clements and Annie Hodges; great-grandchildren, Corbin and Emerson Coleman; sister, Qzella Petty of Boyd; and his pet dog, Lucy.
