Vanessa Amador

Bridgeport ~ Vanessa Amador, 27, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in Dallas.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11:30 AM Saturday at St. John the Baptizer Catholic Church with burial at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport with Rosary at 7 PM.

Vanessa was born on July 2, 1995 to Teodulo Amador and Rosalba Frutos in Bakersfield, California. She was a teacher at Pettit Private School in Aurora. Vanessa was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and a friend to many who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jesus Frutos and Antonia Ibarra.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Teodulo Amador and Rosalba Frutos; 4 brothers, Erick Amador, Ivan Amador, Misael Amador, and Alex Amador; her grandparents, Juan Amador and Maria de Jesus Sigala; her fiancé, Alberto Mata; other relatives and a host of friends.
