DECATUR -- Viola Swart, 85, a retired bookstore manager of 15 years, went home to be with our Lord on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. FUNERAL: Chapel Services is 2:00 p.m. Friday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Of Decatur. Officiating is Dan Sparkman, Charles Taylor, and Bill Cleveland. BURIAL: Alvord Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her husband John Swart, they were married on June 6, 1958 in Hillsboro. PALLBEARERS: Are Ricky Towe, Douglas Jones, Pat Campbell, David Goodwin, Robert Bull, and Gary Handshumaker. Viola was born in Alvord on June, 16, 1922 to Jess Jones and Gertie Lee Baker. She was a longtime member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
