Virginia Lee Robbins Wood

Runaway Bay~ Virginia Lee Robbins Wood, 67, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 in Decatur.

Virginia was born on September 17, 1955 to Monty Ray and Dorothy (Davis) Wood in Houston. She was a bookkeeper for the State of Texas. Virginia was united in marriage to David Wood on October 23, 2007 in Otoe County, Nebraska. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be missed by all that knew and loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 15 years, David Wood; her son, Scott Cain; her son, Daniel Wood and wife Kimberly; her grandson, Casey Wood; her granddaughter, Jessica Wood; her brother, Lee Henry and wife Lurenza; her sister, Barbara McGee and husband Tim; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
