Bridgeport ~ Wanda Gayle Garrett, 71, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, November 21, 2012 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 24th, at West Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. David Rucker will officiate.
Gayle was born on May 6, 1941to James and Mary (Collvins) Donley in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was united in marriage to Johnny Clarence Garrett on January 29, 1960 in Bridgeport. Gayle was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bridgeport. She was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Johnny; and her brother, Jimmy Donley. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Kelly Garrett and wife D
