Wanda Rose (Haston) Tedrow

March 16, 1940 — August 11, 2016

Aurora~ Wanda Rose Tedrow, 76, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Decatur.

Funeral is 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Rev. James Hurst will officiate. Pallbearers include William Stokes, Edwin Sooter, Keith Cordell, Christopher Stokes, Micah Sudduth, Bobby Tedrow, and Sgt. Randy Tedrow USAF.

Wanda was born on March 16, 1940 to Raymond and Kathryn (Gillmam) Haston in Fort Worth, Texas. She was united in marriage to Warren V. Tedrow on March 14, 1959 in Fort Worth. Wanda was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rhome.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. V. “Ted” Tedrow; her parents; and her sister, Ann Carpenter.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Steven Tedrow and wife Gail of Aurora, Danny Tedrow and wife Dyana of Fort Worth, and Johnny Tedrow and wife Julie of Aurora; her grandchildren, Bobby, Randy, Christian, and Zoie; her great grandchildren, Cambria, Whitney, and Alex; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
