Decatur ~ William Dudley Davenport, 88, a retired Baptist Minister, went to be with our Lord Friday, February 17, 2017 in Decatur.

Memorial is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Heritage Place in Decatur 605 W. Mulberry.

William was born on August 7, 1928 in California. He was united in marriage to Ella Vaughan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Ella Davenport of Decatur; his son, William Davenport Jr.; and a host of friends.
