In Loving Memory of

William E. Wheeler
January 04, 1931 - June 21, 2014

Services for Mr. William E. (Bill) Wheeler, 83 years old, will be at
10:00 a.m. on June 25, 2014 at Coker Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur, Texas.

Services will be officiated by Brother-in-law Boatner Holder and
Sister-n-law Claire Harrison, Step-Daughters Julianne Fendley, Janet
Cowart and Nephew Larry Burke.  Internment will follow at Aurora
Cemetery under the direction of Coker Hawkins Funeral Home.

Mr. Wheeler was born January 04, 1931 and passed from this life on June
21, 2014 at Franklin Parish Health Center, Winnsboro Louisiana after a
short illness.  He was a resident of Rhome Texas, a retired truck driver
and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Decatur Texas.

Mr. Wheeler was a gentle person, loved by all who knew him.  At 6'2" he
was a basketball player in High School and at Decatur Baptist College
where he received an Associate Degree.  Mr. Wheeler was a hard working
individual who worked for Carnation Milk Company and later a long haul
truck driver.

Survivors include:  Wife, Bobbie Wheeler of 10 years; Daughter,  Leslie Elaine
Marr and husband Steve Marr;  Step-Daughters,  Janet Cowart and husband
Jeff Cowart, Julianne Fendley and husband Bruce Fendley;

Grandson,Scott and wife Chris Childress.  Also survived by two great Granddaughters,

2 step Granddaughters, 2 step Grandsons and 4 great
Grandchildren.  Sister in laws, Doris Dickey, Jewel Burke; Nephews
Baily Burke, Mark Burke, Larry Burke and Craig Utley.

He was preceded  in death by his wife Geneva Grace Utley Wheeler - wife of 53
years;   parents, William E. Wheeler and Amelia Williams Wheeler and Son
Gary Wheeler.

Pall Bearers will be: David Long, Bailey Burke, Craig Utley, Kelly
Adams, Scott Childress, Eddie Fendley, Bruce Fendley and Jeff Cowart
Honorary Pall Bearers will be:  Fred Schultz, Stephen Long and Mark
Burke.

Friends and family may call on Tuesday from 6:00 pm till 8:00 pm at
Coker Hawkins Funeral Home and from 9:00 am - 10:00 am on Wednesday.
