William "Bill" Alan Lamance

Boyd ~ William “Bill” Alan Lamance, 64, a retired stone mason, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in Arkansas.

Funeral is 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16 ,2019, at First Baptist Church in Boyd with burial in Garvin Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Boyd.

Rev. Mark Autry will officiate. Pallbearers include Cody Choumany, Harry Lamance, Logan Choumany, Dusty Lamance, Lynn Cordell, Jamie Lamance, Darrell Lamance, and Buck Lamance. Honorary Pallbearers include Tookie Spry, Cody Lamance, and Jerry Lamance.

Bill was born September 26, 1954, to Johnnie and Annie (Gipple) Lamance. He was united in marriage September 3, 1990, to Paula Kenner in Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his son, William Huff; and his brother, John Henry Lamance.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Paula Lamance; his children, Tina Morris, Tobie Carnes, Lisa Barnett, Ruthann Huff, Jimmy Kenner, Fawnda White, and Tawnya Choumany; 21 grandchildren; his brothers, Jerry, Buck, and Harry Lamance; his sisters, Dona Whitsitt, Linda Spry, and Susie Cordell; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
