Winna "Windy" Dawn Tinney

Azle ~ Winna "Windy" Dawn Tinney, 47, a dental assistant, went to be with our Lord Friday, February 5, 2016 in Denton.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Perryman Cemetery in Forestburg. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Rev. Don Dobbs will officiate. Pallbearers include Quint Ford, Walter Ford, Chris Ford, Wesley Tinney, Allen Tinney and Tim Null. Honorary pallbearer is Dillon Tinney Spears.
Windy was born on January 14, 1969 to Larry Don and Winna Pearl (Stevens) Tinney in Azle. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Poolville.
Windy was preceded in death by her father, Larry Don Tinney; her grandparents Pearl and Walter Stevens, and Sylvia and Arthor Tinney.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her parents Winna and stepfather, Bill Tinney of Poolville; her children Dillon Tinney Spears and Carley Jade Tinney Spears; her sister April Michelle Simmons of Poolville; her brother William Tinney of Springtown; her aunts, uncles, numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
