Chico ~ Randy Lee Carter 65, an LVN and retired navy medic, went to be with our Lord Sunday, May 28, 2017 in Chico.
Randy was born November 30, 1951 to Robert and Elois (Hardin) Carter in Floydada, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed with John Peter Smith Hospital for 17 years and Wise Regional Health Systems for the past 7 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his brother Ozie Carter and wife Cindy of Chico; his niece, Connie Garcia and husband David of Bridgeport; his great nephew, Cooper Garcia of Bridgeport; and a host of friends.
